Sometimes for the purposes of subsequent processing, it is required to control the particle size of products after crystallization. Besides precise temperature control, reasonable selection and design of impellers, our reactors are able to adjust the stirring rate according to the crystallization stage. For example, increasing speed helps uniform distribution of crystal nuclei during the nucleation stage, then slow it down during the crystal growth stage.
